Es besteht ausreichend Privatsphäre für alle Mieter. Die Wohnungen wurden 2011 renoviert und mit modernem Komfort ausgestattet: Klimaanlage (warm / kalt), Sat-TV, Mikrowelle, Induktionsherd, … Jede Wohnung verfügt über 1 überdachten Stellplatz auf unserem abgeschlossenen Innenhof.
